Job Description:

We have an outstanding career opportunity for a successful Healthcare Solution Architect. The Healthcare SA is responsible for:

  • Driving software and Professional Services revenue while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction in the healthcare vertical
  • Providing pre-sales support to both existing and prospective healthcare customers

  • Developing and presenting technical and functional architectural solutions in support of our growing healthcare line of business
  • Influencing and building relationships with customers, partners, alliances, and the healthcare field teams to ensure that optimum solutions are provided and customer value recognized

Responsibilities:
  • Proactively become an integral part of the Healthcare team
  • Work as part of the sales team as the technical SME to formulate detailed technical account penetration strategies
  • Develop trusted technology advisory relationships with prospects and existing healthcare accounts.
  • Build strong professional relationships with assigned account teams, regional partners in support of healthcare initiatives and objectives
  • Provide technical leadership and direction for internal staff in the development of a fully integrated technology solution
  • Assist in conveying the business value derived from the combination of Najdorf’s healthcare solutions to C-level executives
  • Architect creative and innovative solutions aimed at solving business, operational, and financial issues
  • Work with sales to respond to both RFP’s and RFI’s as required
  • Project Manage and contribute to POC’s
  • Assist with healthcare marketing events to develop and drive sales pipeline and new prospects
  • Being a team player working with healthcare counterparts as necessary to balance workload across assigned geography
  • Make recommendations to improve engineering processes and procedures
  • Formulate timely and detailed technical plans and notes within Salesforce
Desired Skills and Experience
  • Knowledge of EMR environments and experience with applications as EPIC, Meditech, Cerner, Allscripts
  • Proven track record of supporting a team to achieve sales quotas and expand client relationships
  • Minimum 10 years experience enterprise healthcare IT within the Provider segment
  • Minimum 5 years field based business development experience in a consulting and/or professional services, or system engineering environment
  • Understanding of the healthcare industry, its current challenges and how the technology ecosystem plays a role in the industry’s current transformation
  • Must be able to clearly articulate how Najdorf healthcare services and roadmap align to overall technology vision
  • Demonstrated skill set and track record in relationship building and influence skills across a broad constituency ranging from C-Suite executives, clinical leaders, and information technology teams
  • Must have experience with healthcare IT applications, architecture and business processes
  • Ability to navigate client organizations and develop trust-based relationships

  • Demonstrated experience obtaining an audience with, presenting to, and selling C-level individuals
  • Demonstrated ability and initiative to achieve or exceed assigned revenue objectives
  • Ability to contact, qualify, and close current and prospective customers
  • Ability to describe a number of circumstances in which business has been sold that eventually led to at least $100,000 in solutions/services revenue with a single client

  • Managing all aspects of client engagements
  • Ensuring that Najdorf’s solution consistently exceeds clients’ expectations
  • Manage large, complex projects and/or multiple accounts
  • Establishing executive relationships and leveraging those relationships to expand Najdorf’s footprint.
  • Driving software and Professional Services revenue while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction in the healthcare vertical
  • Understanding the functional business requirements in today’s data intensive healthcare environment
  • Influencing and building relationships with customers, partners, alliances, and the healthcare field teams to ensure that optimum solutions are provided and customer value recognized
Responsibilities:
  • Represents Najdorf at client meetings with a goal of increasing face time with key executives and decision makers.
  • Leads proposal and statement of work (SOW) development including defining business objectives, solution approach, scope, deliverables, client responsibilities, staffing roles, pricing, and risk mitigation.
  • Assists client communication plan development and execution for stakeholders.
  • Determines assignment of both Najdorf consultant and client staff responsibilities.
  • Manages Najdorf’s performance against the SOW. Ensures that clients’ business objectives are met across projects.
  • Manages and communicates account profitability. Creates and maintains project workbook to facilitate communication and manage budget, financial forecast and staffing durations.
  • Oversees project planning, performance tracking, project coordination and communication.
  • Plans and schedules Quality Assurance (QA) and risk assessment review.
  • Ensures proper documentation and resolution for all scope or requirement change requests (formal or informal).
  • Establishes self as a trusted advisor in recommending future enhancements and improvements to key client initiatives. Ensures that Najdorf is involved as a long-term partner for the realization of the client’s vision/objectives.
  • Collaborates with Marketing to capture relevant project details, develop case studies as appropriate, and secure client reference at project maturity.
Desired Skills and Experience
  • 10+ years project management experience
  • 5+ years of deep industry expertise in the Healthcare industry (Payer or Provider) is required
  • Proven experience meeting, if not exceeding, annual Managed Revenue quota of $1.5-$2M annually
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and able to communicate effectively to all leadership levels (“C” level; Business Leaders; IT Leaders)
  • Strong business development skills supporting the sales executives throughout the project sales pursuit. Must have a strong network of clients in the healthcare space
  • Team leadership skills with integrated client/consultant/partner teams
  • Able to scope, write SOWs, manage client expectations, and deliver on SOW commitments
  • Bachelor’s Degree required. MBA preferred.
  • Must be willing to travel up to 75% of the time nationally. Our Engagement Managers will travel to client locations on a weekly basis
