Chad
has built and harvested 4 technology firms resulting in 3 successful
trade sales and an asset sale. Chad
manages investments in messaging, networking, security, storage, and
web services. Previously, he was founder and CEO of Salinas Group, the
nation’s largest privately-held pure-play network security
services firm. Chad
enjoyed earlier success in building and selling a business that
integrated the disparate e-mail systems of several Wall Street banks. At the beginning
of his career, Chad co-developed the first and only e-mail gateway
allowing users of HP computers to send e-mail through MCI Mail.
Chad
holds a BA in Economics from New York University (NYU).
Chad also holds graduate
credentials in both business and technology disciplines -- MBA in
Finance: NYU’s Stern School of Business and Computer
Security: Stanford University.

Kim Lee comes to Najdorf from
Morgan Stanley Dean Witter where she directed the efforts of the
Corporate Development group. Previously, she was an
investment banker with DLJ. Prior to that, she was Vice
President in the Global Finance division of CitiGroup (formerly
Citicorp). She sits on the boards of several technology
firms. She has been an active leader in Asian Women in
Business (AWIB), New York New Media Angel Investors (NYNMIA), New York
Software Industry Association (NYSIA), and National Association for
Female Executives (NAFE).
Kim
Lee holds a BA from Columbia University, and an MBA from the University
of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business.

John W. Williams is a software
industry veteran who has led numerous startup companies. At Najdorf,
John focuses primarily on performing technical due diligence and
determining market viability of cutting edge technologies. John
currently serves on the boards of CryptoCert and AthertonNetworks.
Previously, John was Chairman CEO of BigCat Software an expert system
software firm organized around the online multi-player gaming market.
Prior to that, he served as Chief Technology Officer on the Gruenfeld
project. Early in his career, John enjoyed big wins with the Dragon and
Ruy projects.
John
hails from Harvard University and the Defense Language Institute at
Monterey.

Bill
Acheson
Bill
Acheson has a broad background in entrepreneurial technology ventures
servicing Fortune 500 clients. Prior to joining Najdorf, Bill was a
co-founder and executive at WorldNow, the largest network of local
sites, serving traditional broadcasters such as ABC, Fox, and NBC. Bill
also served on the management team of solutions provider Kinderhook,
where he was nationally recognized by Microsoft to participate on the
Knowledge Management Advisory Council. He served as a senior advisor to
clients such as Citibank, AIG, JPMorgan, and Sony.
Bill
holds an MBA in Finance and Marketing from the Stern School of Business
at NYU and was also a University Scholar at NYU, earning a BS in
Finance and Economics.

Ren
Heng
Ren has been working for product development division at Microsoft and
eBay. Later he founded several businesses in developing web
applications, such as easyhourjobs.com, a web application for posting
and searching temporary jobs.
Heng
holds MS in Computer Science and MS in Management Science from Stanford
University, and BS in Computer Science from Tsinghua University,
Beijing. |
